Submitting an abstract is quick and easy! Complete design instructions and format guidelines are outlined on the organization's Web-Abstracts home page.
- The submitter downloads a blank word processor template file and creates the abstract. Any features available in the word processor (graphs, photos, charts) and allowed by the program committee can be included.
- When the abstract is ready, a customizable form is filled in with details about the title, authors and other key information.
- If a submission fee is required, our e-commerce module will process the credit card information. The fee is then deposited directly to the organization's bank account. All credit cards are accepted, and transaction fees are very competitive.
- Once the form is submitted, the information is saved and the abstract file is uploaded to the Web-Abstracts servers. The submitter receives a confirmation number for tracking purposes
- The submission is checked by Web-Abstracts to make sure it conforms to all formatting rules specified by the program committee.
- The submitter receives an email that the submission was successful, and can track the status of their submission online.
- The program manager receives daily activity reports by email, including number of submissions and number of members accessing the submission area on the website. A control panel is available that displays specifics about the abstracts and allows the program chair to view them, if desired.
